Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our skincare and body care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will gladly replace the product or issue a online credit for future purchases.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
